We're thrilled that you're interested in registering a team to participate in Oregon DI for the 2009-10 season! This page introduces you to the Oregon registration materials for the 2009-10 season. Please read all materials and then complete and send your team's regional/state registration fee along with all team forms and volunteer forms for each membership to the Oregon DI address below.

Forms
We ask that you complete all forms electronically before printing, as the forms will be photocopied. If you cannot complete electronically, please print clearly in ink. Multiple teams on the same membership (5-paks, for instance) should mail all forms in the same packet. The forms required for each individual team include:

Fees
The combined regional/state registration fee for each elementary, middle, or secondary level team is $125. The registration fee for each Rising Stars (primary K-2, non-competitive) team is $50.
Checks should be made payable to Oregon Destination ImagiNation. You may also use the PayPal link below to pay using a credit card. Be sure to indicate on your registration form that you have paid online.
Purchase orders cannot be accepted, so if a school district or business is paying for your membership, please request a check early enough to allow your materials to be received prior to January 9, 2010. If a team decides not to compete at the regional tournament, we are unable to refund registration fees.
Submission
Send all required registration materials for each Membership (individual or 5‐pak membership) with the appropriate fee per team in one packet. The registration forms and fees must be postmarked no later than January 9, 2010. After January 9, a late fee of $50 per team will be assessed to register. After February 15, 2010 the late fee increases to $100 per team. We do not want to charge any late fees, so PLEASE get your materials in early!
